I do not act as a letting agent or manage rental bookings. My service is designed for second-home owners who would like trusted local oversight, arrival preparation and concierge-style support for their property and guests.

Supplier invoices are usually paid directly by the client. I can help obtain quotes, arrange access, liaise with local suppliers and coordinate appointments, but I do not routinely hold or manage client funds.

I offer property care, home check-ins and local coordination rather than full property management. This allows the service to remain personal, flexible and focused on reassurance, practical support and peace of mind.

Concierge services can be arranged as standalone support, whether you are a second-home owner, a guest staying at a property, or a visitor to Devon and Cornwall. This may include arrival preparation, local recommendations, restaurant bookings, itineraries, special arrangements or help making the most of your stay.

If the existing packages do not quite suit your needs, I can create a bespoke arrangement based on your property, lifestyle, frequency of visits and the level of support required.

I work across North Cornwall and West Devon, this allows me to focus on locations where I can offer a reliable, personal and responsive service. If your property is slightly outside my usual area, please get in touch and I will let you know what may be possible.

I do not personally provide cleaning, gardening or trade services. However, I can help introduce, liaise with and coordinate trusted local suppliers, depending on your requirements.

If I notice something that appears to need attention, I will contact you promptly, provide clear information where possible, and help coordinate the next steps. Any specialist repairs, inspections or emergency call-outs would be carried out by the appropriate qualified supplier.
